About the event
For five mornings at 7:30 a.m. (PDT), June 27-July 1st, we will gather together on Zoom for only 30 minutes and work through several mindfulness tools together.
Here's the format:
Learn a new breathing exercise
Listen to a brief peaceful parenting talk
Practice a guided meditation
Journal privately with prompts offered
You won't have to say a word. Just enjoy quiet reflection. Most people leave their cameras turned off.
I feel so strongly about these practices and the proven impact they have on ourselves and our families that I am offering this opportunity for only $30 for the entire week.
