For five mornings at 7:30 a.m. (PDT), June 27-July 1st, we will gather together on Zoom for only 30 minutes and work through several mindfulness tools together.

Learn a new breathing exercise

Listen to a brief peaceful parenting talk

Practice a guided meditation

Journal privately with prompts offered
