About the event
Creating connection and community is so helpful for our emotional and physical well-being.
Join me, Nicole Turner, and Christa Hernandez for an evening created to provide you with all of those things.
I will facilitate some discussion around joy , provide an opportunity to connect with others, and guide you through a meditation.
Nicole and Christa will create a sound experience to allow you to sink even more deeply into a meditative rest.
We will close with a final time of sharing and connecting.
Please bring a pen, notebook, yoga mat, and anything else to allow you to feel comfortable such as a blanket or pillow.
