Connect & Restore

The last three years have been so challenging in so many ways. We are missing connection with others, feeling burnt out, and looking for ways to feel some kind of normal. 

This evening will be a two part experience:

For the first hour, Lisa Howe, MSW, Certified Peaceful Parenting Coach, will guide you through some open sharing, mindfulness practices and journaling providing coaching and support. The second hour, we will receive an incredible sound bath from Nicole Turner, Sound Healing Facilitator. 

You will leave feeling renewed, supported, and at peace.

Please bring a pen, notebook, yoga mat and anything else to allow you to feel comfortable such as a blanket or pillow.

We will be meeting in the social hall of Normal Heights United. 

Early bird registration is $65 before April 1st.

After April 1st, investment is $75.
