After the last three years, so many of us are feeling a sense of burnout. Research is telling us again and again - people are looking for meaning, purpose, and connection.

Join me and Nicole Turner for an evening created to provide you with all of those things.

I will facilitate some discussion around how we can find a sense of meaning and purpose again, provide an opportunity to connect with others, and guide you through a meditation.

Nicole will create a sound experience to allow you to sink even more deeply into a meditative rest.

We will close with a final time of sharing and connecting.

Please bring a pen, notebook, yoga mat, and anything else to allow you to feel comfortable such as a blanket or pillow.

We will be meeting in the social hall of Normal Heights United.
